Florian is a seasoned Silicon Valley startup founder, product executive, and thought leader. Most recently, Florian was the founder and CEO of Murabi - AI to modernize access to home equity.
With extensive experience as Vice President of Product at both EarnUp and PayZen, Florian has played a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge solutions to increase financial accessibility and stability. His work has positioned him as a key figure in financial technology and innovation. Florian is also recognized for his expertise in product management and startup development, often sharing insights on building scalable products, leadership, and the future of fintech.
Prior to his career in technology, Florian worked as a screenwriter in Hollywood and founded Fischetti Guitar - custom, handcrafted acoustic guitars. He speaks 4 languages and holds degrees from HEC Paris, UCLA, and Amherst College, where he was NESCAC conference champion and an NCAA All-American and Academic All-American.
